Raul: I can handle Real Madrid bench

Real Madrid striker Raul says he is happy working with coach Vanderlei Luxemburgo and accepts he is not "untouchable"

Luxemburgo declared last week he would have no trouble dropping Raul if he needed to and the Spanish international told AS: "In the world of football no-one is untouchable. Especially at Real Madrid.

"Throughout Madrid's history there have been great players come and go - and this will continue. We all have the same goal, that is to win games for Real Madrid."

He added: "Now we are happy. After five consecutive wins we are confident again and feel we can challenge for the leadership."
