Raul delighted with Real Madrid signings Diogo, Garcia

Real Madrid captain Raul has welcomed the double signings of Uruguayan pair Carlos Diogo and Pablo Garcia.
 
Midfielder Garcia is arriving from Osasuna, while winger Diogo joins from Argentina's River Plate.

Raul was in Singapore this week for the Madrid 2012 Olympic Games bid and said: "They are two important signings."

"Pablo Garcia is a player with plenty of experience and he will join us in good form."

"Diogo is less known, but he has much talent and is very multipurpose and competitive. In addition, he will come with a desire to win everything he can."

He added: "This year, thanks to a good atmosphere and a group that is going to be very competitive, I am sure that we will be in the fight for titles. We are working well together."
