Raul and Savio will play against Alaves
Both Raul, Savio, Karanka and Morientes didn't take part in Wednesdays training session. Both Raul and Savio will have no problem in playing against Alaves.
Raul was getting some treatment at the medical center and then he jogged for 20 minutes. The forward, according to the doctors, had an overloaded right abductor that is under physiotherapy.
However, the player tried to ease the supporters concerns: "I won't have any problem for Saturday. We have decided that it is best not to train as caution to avoid some more harm".
Raul will be able to train on Thursday with his colleagues, just like Savio who also was in the physiotherapists' hands and was jogging too. Against Rayo, the Brazilian got some bruises on his left quadriceps and some blows on his right buttock, but he's already recovered. He doesn't limp any more and will train normally on Thursday.
The only doubts are regarding Karanka. The central defender had a micro fiber fracture of the left femoral biceps and he is working hard with the physiotherapists to make it to the game. Time is against him, only three days to go, but he doesn't give up.
Training session Del Bosque focused on the ball. In order to improve the quick moving of the ball they practiced in circles with passes on a kick to be stopped by the player in the middle of it. They also played games of four against four to practice one-to-one. All this helped the coach warm his players up for the game against Alaves.
