Ranieri Confirms Chelsea's Interest In Real Duo

Claudio Ranieri has confirmed that Chelsea are looking into the prospect of signing Real Madrid duo Ronaldo and David Beckham.

Both players have previously been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge and Ranieri is confident that billionaire owner Roman Abramovich could pull off such an outrageous transfer coup.

"Yes, Chelsea are thinking of Ronaldo and Beckham," Ranieri told Italian newspaper Tuttosport.

"There is only one person in the world who can try to take them from (Real president) Florentino Perez and he is called Roman Abramovich."

On Sunday Ronaldo was quoted as saying that he would want to follow Beckham if he was to leave the Bernabeu.
