Brief reports of Primera Liga matches played on Sunday:

ALAVES 1 OSASUNA 2

Cameroon striker Pierre Webo put the visitors in front after 15 minutes when Franco Costanzo could only parry David Lopez's free kick, and 10 minutes after the break Serbian striker Savo Milosevic headed home Ludovic Delporte's free kick.

Osasuna had defender Miguel Flano sent off for handball in the area after 67 minutes but Australia striker John Aloisi fired his penalty over the bar.

Rodolfo Bodipo headed a consolation goal for the home side in the final minute.

ATHLETIC BILBAO 1 REAL MALLORCA 1

Bilbao took the lead after only two minutes when Fran Yeste collected Carlos Gurpegi's wayward shot to round the goalkeeper and score.

Mallorca struck back when Tuni stole the ball near the corner flag and crossed for Venezuelan forward Juan Arango to score at the far post in the 24th minute.

ESPANYOL 1 ATLETICO MADRID 1

Atletico substitute Gabi scored with a dipping shot from outside the area two minutes after halftime, but King's Cup finalists Espanyol were always in the game.

A swift counter-attack with eight minutes to go saw Raul Tamudo burst down the left and cross for Uruguayan striker Walter Pandiani to head the equaliser.

RACING SANTANDER 2 BARCELONA 2

Sweden striker Henrik Larsson finished off a flowing attacking move to put Barca in front after 18 minutes but the Champions League semi-finalists only held the lead for a minute.

Racing's Oscar Serrano crossed for Antonito to spin clear and score, and four minutes later Serrano sprung the off-side trap to collect a long ball and fire past Victor Valdes.

Barca's Cameroon striker Samuel Eto'o scored from Ludovic Giuly's pullback in the 33rd minute, but the game fizzled out after a breathless first half, and the visitors had captain Carles Puyol sent off at the end.

SEVILLA 1 REAL ZARAGOZA 1

King's Cup finalists Zaragoza took the lead when Sergio Garcia volleyed a spectacular 25-metre goal out of nothing in the 47th-minute.

Zaragoza's Ewerthon headed against the bar but in the final minute the UEFA Cup semi-finalists levelled when Enzo Maresca headed in Gabriel Milito's miscued clearance.

VILLARREAL 1 DEPORTIVO CORUNA 1

Depor midfielder Sergio broke the deadlock in the 71st minute steering a side-footed shot just inside the post from the edge of the area.

Champions League semi-finalists Villarreal equalised three minutes later when Mexican striker Guillermo Franco was left unmarked to head home Marcos Senna's corner, and they missed a host of chances towards the end.

CADIZ 1 REAL BETIS 1

Cadiz took the lead when Jonathan Sesma fell under Melli's challenge to win a dubious penalty in the 69th minute and Argentine striker Lucas Lobos scored from the spot.

With a minute remaining Betis's Brazilian midfielder Marcos Assuncao whipped in a free kick that skimmed off Joaquin's head for an equaliser.

CELTA VIGO 0 VALENCIA 1

Valencia put in a disciplined display to beat Celta, taking the lead after 29 minutes when Uruguayan winger Mario Regueiro controlled a long ball and laid it off for Miguel Angel Angulo to score from the edge of the area.

Celta battled hard but it was visiting striker David Villa who came closest to adding to the score as he was denied in a one-on-one in the second half.

MALAGA 1 GETAFE 2

Malaga moved a step nearer the second division.

Getafe's Serbian striker Veljko Paunovic fired a deflected opener in the 19th minute but substitute Pablo Counago equalised five minutes after the break when Luis Garcia could only parry Gabriel's shot.

Malaga had defender Fernando Sanz sent off five minutes from time and Paunovic grabbed a second in the final minute, scoring at the far post from Riki's cross.

REAL MADRID 1 REAL SOCIEDAD 1

Real took the lead after 25 minutes when Ronaldo volleyed in from Zinedine Zidane's free kick to score his 100th goal for the club. He missed a great chance to double the lead soon after, and limped off injured early in the second half.

Relegation-threatened Sociedad battled their way back in the 62nd minute when Mark Gonzalez poked home a loose ball after Iker Casillas fumbled Mikel Alonso's cross.

Real finished the game with 10 men as midfielder Guti was sent off four minutes from time.
