Portillo Shines In Real Madrid's Latest Friendly

Real Madrid's young striker Javier Portillo stole the headlines once again after bagging a brace in their 5-2 win against Dinamo Bucharest in Alicante last night.

After the failed transfer of Ronaldo in recent days Portillo's latest goalscoring exploits go to show the European champions may not need to shell out big bucks on a new striker after all.

Portillo replaced Fernando Morientes, who's future is far from clear at the moment, after an hour of the friendly and promptly scored twice with more clinical finishing.

Raul, Hierro and Savio scored Real's other goals.
