Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang dedicates brace v Spurs to his late grandad

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s latest Instagram post is sure to drum up fresh speculation that the Borussia Dortmund striker could be on his way to Real Madrid.

BVB last night dumped Tottenham out of the Europa League following a 2-1 away win at White Hate Lane.

Dortmund won the tie 5-1 on aggregate, while plenty of questions were levelled at Mauricio Pochettino for why he worked so hard getting his side into the last-16 of the competition, only to seem to bail on the tournament when it got tough.

Aubameyang was the hero for Dortmund in London last night scoring a brace.

The Gabonese international has incredibly been involved in 42 goals (34 goals, 8 assists) in 40 games for Borussia Dortmund in all competitions this season.

The forward has since revealed his latest brace against Spurs was dedicated to his late grandad, who passed away a year ago.

Aubameyang is famously known to have revealed that he previously told his grandad that one day he’ll play for Real Madrid.
