Perez revealed future plans.

Nothing is sure yet, but Perez could reveale in the late interview yesterday in Futboleros (Marca TV and in an earlyer interview on Marca.com) a bit of the future plans in Real Madrid. 

"We want a coach that knows us, what we stand for and a coach that will be able to adapt fast. On weednesday we will meet with Zidane, and start working, without rush but also without breaks. This week I dont think we will have found a coach for the club."

There has been a lot going on in the press lately regarding a move for Carlo Ancelotti, but Perez states, " we have had a few misunderstandings with Paris SG, the most important thing is to keep a good relationship with club."

Real Madrid has already bought two players, even though no new coach has been found yet, Dani Carvajal and Casemiro. They are very well known in the club, since Casemiro has played the season with Castilla, and Carvajal have played most of his youth Career in Real Madrid, before he went to Bayer Leverkusen. Perez has used a lot of time to follow Castilla and Real Madrid C, it seems Perez has several players he want to see in the first team beside Carvajal and Casemiro.
"Morata have to be in the first team, with Nacho and Jesè. These players will fight for a place in the team and I have an illusion that they will play in the first team next season."

Perez has just won the president election and explains that the club is a presidential club, but you need to listen to the members. "Its not easy to satisfy the members of the club, they want different values, and if you dont listen to the members, they will punish you. I always say to the players, you need to understand why they are unhappy with your performance, or why they are happy.
I have my selfe been able to understand the members. I see all matches of Real Madrid, Castilla, Real Madrid C and the basket ball team. I listen to the members when I get critics to the matches, and also when I get positive feedback.

With the statements from Florentino Perez, it seems that we have to wait a bit more before Real Madrid is able to present a new coach and new players. Perez was unable to reveale any news regarding selling or buying new players.
