Pepe hints he will sign Real Madrid contract

Pepe has hinted he's ready to pen a new deal with Real Madrid.

The defender was happy to help Real draw at Champions League opponents Lyon last night.

"On a personal level I'm fine," he said.

"The coach is protecting me from the pressure and I hope to be in Madrid for many years and that people are happy with me."
