Pepe beaming after Real Madrid Copa win

Pepe was delighted with Real Madrid’s Copa win at Barcelona.

The Portugal defender came on as a late substitute to essentially wind up Barca players and fans with a combative cameo.

"We started the match well. We had done our homework and we knew that if we scored a goal we would equalize the playoff. The team played well, worked hard and scored three important goals," he smiled afterwards.

"We played a solid game. We’re really happy and now both the fans and the team should enjoy this important day. If we play as a team we’re hard to beat."
