Pellegrini: Real Madrid getting better game by game

Real Madrid coach Manuel Pellegrini was beaming after their 5-2 thumping of Champions League opponents FC Zurich.

The Chilean's expensively assembled team appears to be improving with every game and he said: "It's very satisfying."

"The squad is committed to the project. We are improving every day and it is a luxury to be in charge of Real Madrid. The quality of these players is unquestionable."

He added: "I leave happy. The team has adjusted well and escaped from the harsh tackles by Zurich.
