Pele: Real Madrid target Robinho best in Brazil

Pele says Real Madrid are about to sign the best player in Brazil in the form of Santos ace Robinho.

Currently in Spain, Pele took in last night's match between Real Madrid and Real Zaragoza and was quizzed about Robinho.

"Robinho began three years ago when I worked with the juniors at Santos. Today, he's the best player, without a doubt, that we have in Brazil," said the Brazil legend.

"I believe that he could be playing in Europe, but he must be able to adapt, as what has happened to Ronaldo or Kaká, both players of the same style of Robinho, that have been improving over time."
