Pavon: I never considered quitting Real Madrid

Real Madrid defender Francesco Pavon insists he's never considered asking away.

The young centre-half remains on the fringes of coach Vanderlei Luxemburgo's first team, but says: "I have never thought about leaving here. I want to convince the coach of my worth."

"It's not the best only playing when one of your teammates is injured. I hope when everyone is fit I am still in the team."
