The Stade de France staged the final in 2000 when Real Madrid beat Valencia. Athens's Olympic Stadium will be hosting its first European final since being rebuilt for the 2004 Games.
The 2006 UEFA Cup final will be held at the Philips Stadium in Eindhoven, with the venue changing its name for the event. The 2007 version will be at Glasgow's Hampden Park, which hosted the 2002 Champions League final.
The decision was taken by the UEFA executive committee at a meeting in the Estonian capital.
The Ataturk stadium in Istanbul will hold this season's Champions League final on May 25, with the UEFA Cup climaxing at the Jose Alvalade Stadium in Lisbon a week earlier on May 18.
Also at their meeting, UEFA decided to dispense with playoffs for Euro 2008 qualifying. The winners and runner-ups from the seven groups will automatically go through to the finals with hosts Austria and Switzerland.
There will be one group of eight teams and six groups of seven.
For Euro 2004, the 10 group winners qualified for the final tournament and the winners of five playoffs between group runners-up also went through to join hosts Portugal.
