Ozil says Real Madrid captain Casillas deserves Ballon d'Or

Real Madrid midfielder Mesut Ozil feels Iker Casillas should win the Ballon d'Or.

Ozil regards his captain as the best goalkeeper in the world.

"He has been, for many years, the best goalkeeper in the world and I would give him this award," said Ozil.

The German also said: "Cristiano has many possibilities (to win) and I hope that he succeeds."
