Owen forced to train with Liverpool reserves

Liverpool striker Michael Owen has been told to train with the club's reserve-team.

Owen is waiting to move to Real Madrid and the Mirror says he was ordered to train with the club's second-string as negotiations yesterday stalled.

Real were forced to focus their attention on last night's Champions League qualifier against Wisla Krakow, but will step up talks with Liverpool today over Owen's transfer.
