No Ronaldo Developments - Valdano

Real Madrid sports chief Jorge Valdano says that the club's stance on Ronaldo remains very much the same.

On Friday Valdano said that "at present neither Inter Milan wants to sell nor do Real want to buy Ronaldo."

Over the weekend, however, the Brazilian's agent said that the player is desperate to leave Inter, intensifying speculation that his next destination would be Madrid.

Valdano, though, has now said that the club have not talked to "Ronaldo, nor his agent or Inter" since Friday.
