Neymar and Alisson 'top Real Madrid list of targets' ahead of transfer meeting as European champions look to strengthen in four

Real Madrid appear ready to spend big this summer and the La Liga giants are seemingly keen to strengthen in four key areas.

The European champions are looking to add to their attack while also improving options at centre half, right back and in goal, according to Marca.

Former Barcelona ace Neymar will feature high on the agenda when head coach Zinedine Zidane and club president Florentino Perez meet with key board members Jose Angel Sanchez and Juni Calafat to talk transfer business in the coming days.

Real are long-time admirers of Neymar but persuading PSG to sell will not be easy.

If Brazil skipper Neymar proves unattainable, Marca claim Real's alternatives include Liverpool's Mohamed Salah, Chelsea's Eden Hazard and Juventus ace Paulo Dybala.

Twenty-four-year-old Spanish striker Mariano, who left Real for Lyon two years ago, is also said to be under consideration with a view to a possible return.

In goal, Roma stopper Alisson, 25, is the overwhelming favourite to replace Keylor Navas, while Real Sociedad's Alvaro Odriozola, 22, is cited at Real's first choice target at right back.

In central defence, Jose Maria Gimenez is a leading candidate, with a £57m release clause boosting Real's chances of plucking him from city rivals Atletico.

AC Milan defender Alessio Romagnoli and Inter centre back Milan Skriniar are also reportedly being monitored.
