Mourinho says next game cannot come too soon for Real Madrid

Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho wants his players to bounce back as quickly as possible from their Barcelona mauling.

For Mourinho the sooner his side get back into action the better.

Following Monday night's thrashing - which was the heaviest defeat of his coaching career - the former Chelsea and Inter Milan coach said: "We must have character."

"You cannot cry when you concede four or five goals. You must be anxious to return to work and win the next match. I wish the Valenciaa match was tomorrow and not Saturday. After such a bad match you must go right back to work, play and win."
