Mourinho: Real Madrid will not take wounded AC Milan lightly

Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho will not be taking Champions League opponents AC Milan lightly tonight.

Mourinho steps back into his old stomping ground on Wednesday evening, but insists the rivalry is not so strong.

"Milan are not the enemy," said the former Inter Coach who was welcomed at the airport and the hotel by Nerazzurri supporters.

"I am trying to feel nothing special when I come back here, but I did spend two fantastic years at Inter. I hope to face Inter sooner or later so that I can thank all the fans."

"I always had a respectful and positive rapport with Milan, so I do not feel like I am playing against an enemy."

"Naturally, for a side like Milan that had dominated, it must be strange to see Inter win everything. I can also imagine they view me in a not particularly positive light, as the man who made Inter champions of Europe, but still with respect."
