Moscow gear up for Madrid test

Russians Lokomotiv Moscow have joined Real in Group A of the Champions League after playing a re-match with Tirol Innsbruck.

Lokomotiv were forced to re-stage their third round play-off tie at Innsbruck after UEFA decided to wipe the record books from the original game after admitting that there was a serious refereeing error during the tie.

The Russians, who had a substantial 3-1 lead from the first leg, slumped 1-0 on Saturday thanks to a Breczeck strike on the half hour mark.

But they qualify for the competition due to the 3-2 aggregate score. Also in Madrid's group are Roma and Anderlecht.
