Morientes Opens Door To Serie A

Monaco striker Fernando Morientes has refused to rule out a move to Serie A.

The Spanish international has been in fine goalscoring form for the French side since joining on loan from Real Madrid at the beginning of the season.

"I still have one year left on my contract with Real," he said. "Would I come to Italy? Why not. Serie A fascinates me."

Roma have been linked with the player in the past.
