Moratti Still Wants Ronaldo To Stay

Inter president Massimo Moratti still insists he wants Ronaldo to stay at the club.

The Nerazzurri chief has also refuted suggestions that there are problems between the Brazilian and his coach Hector Cuper.

"This antagonism with Cuper is something wanted by someone who is blowing on the fire," said Moratti. "It makes me sad as Ronaldo has put an unreal situation in his head."

He then gave a little hint that the striker could yet be sold.

"Although we want him to remain, if Real Madrid or any other club came in with an offer which was impossible to say no to, we'd look at it, but I can assure you that it's my will that Ronie stays," he said.
