Moratti makes new approach for Real Madrid's Ronaldo

Inter Milan patron Massimo Moratti has made a new approach to Real Madrid for striker Ronaldo.
 
Moratti contacted new Real director Franco Baldini to sound him out about Ronaldo's situation, well aware that there are strains already with coach Fabio Capello over the minor surgery he had in Brazil.

Real sports chief Predrag Mijatovic insists Ronaldo won't leave unless Moratti is prepared to offer Adriano in exchange. However, he is prepared to fly to Milan later this week to meet with Moratti and further discuss a potential transfer.

Any deal for Adriano would not affect Real's push for Manchester United striker Ruud van Nistelrooy, with Capello insisting on two quality players for every position.
