The deal would appear to be off after Inter failed to agree terms with the Argentine, meaning Real must now pay them the €10 million they still owe from the Ronaldo deal.
"Our agreement with Real was and is very clear," said Moratti. "We could either take the player or money. I don't think there is any need for an arbitration to take place."
