Middlesbrough in fresh Real Madrid talks over Geremi

Middlesbrough have opened fresh talks with Real Madrid over midfielder Geremi.

After slapping a £10 million price-tag on the Cameroon international, Real are now relaxing their tough stance following the arrival of David Beckham from Manchester United.

The Evening Gazette says Real are ready to offload Geremi, particularly with new trainer Carlos Queiroz indicating the midfielder will not be part of his plans for next season.
