Meija now committed to Real Madrid

Real Madrid defender Alvaro Meija admits he's very happy at the club.
 
Meija had a loan switch to Getafe in place in January, but was talked out of moving away by coach Juan Roman Lopez Caro.

After yesterday's 4-0 win over Espanyol, Meija said: "It was important that we gained the victory. Clearly for me I like to play and to have minutes. And whenever I do so, I will take advantage of it."

"My situation has changed much in the last months. The coach takes care of the players who have come through the club and everything is going well."
