Man Utd secret talks with ex-Real Madrid coach Queiroz

Manchester United are in talks with sacked Real Madrid coach Carlos Queiroz about a return to Old Trafford.

The Daily Star says United are keen to bring Queiroz back first in his old position as No2, before eventually replacing boss Sir Alex Ferguson.

Queiroz has also fielded an enquiry from Sporting Lisbon about taking over as general manager and is being linked with Tottenham.
