Man Utd, Real Madrid watch as Milan prepare for Kaka talks

AC Milan are expected to hold talks with Sao Paulo vice-president Carlos Augusto de Barros over the weekend about midfielder Kaka.

De Barros is jetting to Europe tomorrow with reports from Brazil suggesting he will seek talks with a "mysterious Serie A" club about Kaka's future.

Kaka comes out of contract in 2004 and despite a government plan to keep their best players in the country, the Brazilian is expected to leave Sao Paulo.

Sao Paulo officials do not want him to walk out on the club as a free agent and is now actively seeking a buyer.

Milan, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Manchester United have all been linked with the attacking midfielder, who is rated at around £14 million.
