The Mexico World Cup skipper is on the wanted lists of Europe's biggest clubs, with Real Madrid, Juventus, AS Roma and Manchester United all linked with the 24 year-old.
Campora announced earlier this week that ASM would have to sell several of it's players to avoid financial collapse.
"Marquez could be sold to Italy," confirmed Campora yesterday.
The stylish centre-half is rated one of the best young defenders in European football and the financial power of United and Real are sure to test the resolve of Italian clubs in the chase for the Mexican.
