Man Utd chief jets to Paris for crucial Ronaldinho talks

Manchester United are confident they won't have to pay the £30 million Paris Saint Germain are demanding for striker Ronaldinho.

United chief Peter Kenyon is flying to Paris today to hold further talks with PSG officials about the Brazilian's transfer.

A £10 million figure has been suggested by United, but PSG are demanding £30 million.

"Real propose £25 million to have Ronaldinho in a year and pay a third straight away," said PSG president Francois Graille. "There is also an offer from Barcelona, who proposed money and some players. If they [United] arrive with an offer of £30 million, a deal will happen very quickly."

United are confident they won't have to offer more than £18 million for Ronaldinho.
