Man City, Everton alerted as McManaman hints at Real Madrid exit

Real Madrid midfielder Steve McManaman has hinted that he may leave the club this summer.

"I want to play. I enjoyed the previous three years because I played most of the games but it has been a problem for me this season so we'll have to wait and see what happens," said McManaman.

The 2002/03 campaign has seen the Englishman play less games than ever with the Merengues and with growing speculation regarding his future, his comments are sure to spark a frenzy for his signature with Everton and Manchester City being at the front of the pack.
