Mallorca ace Eto'o would welcome Real Madrid return

Real Mallorca star Sammy Eto'o has admitted he'd welcome a return to Real Madrid - only hours after tearing his former team apart on Saturday.

Eto'o's registration is still shared by Real and Mallorca, 50-50, and he said last night: "I love Real Madrid. It would delight me to see this team win everything they go for, when they're hurt I'm hurt."

"Yesterday you saw a junior Real Madrid player prove he can play with the best. Of course, everyone wants to play for Real Madrid, I'm no different."

"But it doesn't depend on me."
