Mainz chiefs in Spain for Real Madrid talks over Szalai

FSV Mainz 05 manager Christian Heidel was in Spain yesterday for talks with Real Madrid over striker Adam Szalai.

Heidel is keen to extend the Hungary international's loan into next season.

Szalai, 22, moved to Mainz last January and did enough in his six months in Germany to convince Heidel that he wants him around for the upcoming campaign.
