Luxemburgo wants Ricardinho added to Real Madrid's Robinho deal

Real Madrid coach Vanderlei Luxemburgo has admitted that along with Robinho he also wants to sign his Santos teammate Ricardinho.
 
Real are pressuring Santos to relent and sell them Robinho, who is considering taking his case to FIFA to force his club's hand.

Santos midfielder Ricardinho is also in Real's sights, with Luxemburgo viewing the former Middlesbrough midfielder as the multi-purpose player his squad is crying out for.

"What people in Brazil must understand is that no Brazilian has been named World Player of the Year by staying in the country," said Luxemburgo.

"I want sign Robinho because he is the right player for Madrid. I like Robinho just as I like other players such as Roberto Carlos and Ricardinho."

Ricardinho comes off contract at Santos in December and could arrive at Madrid this month as part of a double transfer along with Santos pal Robinho.
