Lopez Caro happy with Real Madrid caretaker status

After Sunday's 1-1 draw with Osasuna, Real Madrid coach Juan Roman Lopez Caro insisted he was happy with his caretaker status.
 
Real vice-president Emilio Butragueno revealed yesterday that a decision over the coach could be made as early as this week.

Lopez Caro said: "I do not have any problem on the matter, I know clearly my responsibility and I will give my best."

"To take advantage of this job, day to day I must do the best thing that I can. I insist, I am satisfied by the attitude, but we know that we must improve our game in the next games."

"I remain with the commitment and with the hunger of all the players and in terms of improvements, there are many things we can do on the training pitch."
