Liverpool to raid Real Madrid for kid Granero

Liverpool are chasing Real Madrid teenager Esteban Granero.
 
The young midfielder, who turned 18 last month, currently plays for Real Madrid 'C' and was scouted by Liverpool and also 1860 Munich regularly last season.

While Granero has a three-year deal with Real Madrid, he is still classed as an amateur and Liverpool would be able to snap him up for a knockdown compensation fee similar to the deal that brought former Sevilla fullback Antonio Barragon to Anfield earlier this month.

Granero is currently on holiday in China, but has already been promoted to Real's 'B' team for this coming season.
