Liverpool's Arbeloa: Bring on Real Madrid!

Liverpool fullback Alvaro Arbeloa wants to face former club Real Madrid in the Champions League knockouts.

"Hopefully we'll draw Madrid," said the Spaniard. "It would be a great play-off. We have many possibilities of playing against Spanish and Italian teams, but the truth is that Madrid would be very attractive."

"Better we face a Spanish team rather than an Italian one, although with Milan it also would be great for revenge after the Champions League final last season."

On last night's performance, Arbeloa added: "The two early goals set us up very well. Keeping a clean sheet was great credit to the defence."
