Liverpool in for Real Madrid whiz Juanfran

Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez has made a move for Real Madrid midfielder Juanfran.

The Spain U21 star is rated one of the brightest talents of his generation and almost joined Chelsea 18 months ago while Claudio Ranieri was in charge.

Real are reluctant to lose Juanfran, but the youngster knows he has to move on to kickstart his senior career and a switch to Liverpool could suit him.
