Leeds ahead of Arsenal, Real Madrid for Santos super-kid

Leeds United have joined the race for Santos super-kid Robinho.

The teenage sensation is rated alongside teammate Diego as the hottest talent in Brazilian football and has been likened to former Santos star Pele.

Robinho has also attracted interest from Arsenal, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, but Leeds plan to trump their rivals by meeting Santos' £6.5 million asking price in the New Year.
