Lazio Want Portillo Loan

Champions League bound Lazio are eyeing Real Madrid starlet Javier Portillo as the first offensive reinforcement for next year's season.

With Bernardo Corradi and Claudio Lopez set to leave the Biancocelesti at season's end, Lazio have turned their attention to the young Spaniard, who is having a difficult time finding space in the Galactic Merengue side.

Given their dire financial situation, it appears Lazio are attempting to clinch the player on a one year loan deal, terms that Real might agree to, as a Serie A experience would surely provide a great growing experience to the player.
