Lazio revive talks for Real Madrid's Solari

Lazio have revived talks with Real Madrid for midfielder Santiago Solari.

It's reported that the Rome club are close to reaching an agreement for Solari, which will see the Argentina international join Lazio during the January transfer window.

Lazio are willing to pay £2 million for the six-month loan of Solari, with the view to a permanent deal at the end of the season.

Solari is open to the deal and his representatives are currently thrashing out personal terms with Lazio chiefs.
