Laughter returns to Real Madrid training track

Observers at Real Madrid training sessions have noticed a distinct difference between the approach of coach Mariano Garcia Remon and his predecessor, Jose Antonio Camacho.

Where Camacho liked to keep his distance and demanded intensity from his players, Garcia Remon enjoys being involved in the training sessions and likes his drills to be at a slower pace.

Garcia Remon's man-management on the training pitch is another noticeable difference. He enjoys a laugh and joke with Real's players, which is in stark contrast to the hard-line Camacho.

Garcia Remon also was spotted in one-on-one conversations with several players, Michael Owen, Raul, Guti and Walter Samuel and the sound of laughter was a regular occurrence during the first week of training under the new coach.
