LA Galaxy: Real Madrid can buy back Beckham - for $100M

LA Galaxy chief Alexi Lalas says they're prepared to sell David Beckham back to Real Madrid - for US$100 million.

Real president Ramon Calderon is desperately trying to hang on to the reborn England star as they bid to win the Spanish title tonight. But Lalas said Beckham, who makes his Galaxy debut against Chelsea next month, is worth more to them than Madrid could pay.

"I don't doubt Real Madrid want David back," Lalas told the Mirror.

"But we have so much invested."

"If they made a bid of $100m, we are a business so have to entertain any proposals. But I don't see that happening."
