The stadium, principal venue for the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, is the home ground of Primera Liga club Espanyol and can hold 56,000 spectators.
Real Madrid claimed a 2-1 aggregate victory over Sevilla to reach the final and Real Zaragoza booked their place thanks to an away goals victory over second division Alaves.
The Federation also confirmed that the friendly international between Spain and Denmark will be held at Sporting Gijon's El Molinon stadium on March 31.
