Juventus, Real Madrid battle for AZ Alkmaar fullback Kromkamp

Juventus and Real Madrid are battling for AZ Alkmaar fullback Jan Kromkamp.
 
The Holland international has been likened to Juve star Gianluca Zambrotta and both European giants have already begun talks with his representatives about summer switch.

Kromkamp has confirmed this is likely to be his last season at AZ and admits he would like to play in "either Spain or Italy" next term. Thus far, the right-back insists he has only been approached officially by Valencia about a summer switch.
