Juventus plan to offload duo to raise funds for Real Madrid’s Isco

Both Simone Zaza and Roberto Pereyra could be sold as the club aim to make a lucrative offer for the Spanish maestro.

The transfer window is far from over for Juventus this summer, as the club are now lining up a sensational move for Real Madrid playmaker Isco.

Following the departure of Paul Pogba to Manchester United, the Bianconeri are keen to secure an additional midfield recruit, and the talented Spaniard is now the latest player to be linked with a potential switch to Turin.

In terms of the player’s price, Los Blancos are thought to value Isco at around €50 million, therefore Juventus would have to sell if they were to make a reasonable offer.

Potential departures could include both Simone Zaza and Roberto Pereyra, with Sport Mediaset claiming that the unwanted duo are likely to be sold as a means of funding Isco’s transfer.

Zaza has long been linked with a €25m move to Wolfsburg, whilst Pereyra is also a target for Walter Mazzarri’s Watford side, who are willing to pay at least €15m for the midfielder.

If Juventus were to raise the anticipated €40m from both of these transfers, then they could seriously begin to consider a late summer bid for the former Malaga man.

Interestingly, a possible alternative could in fact be Isco’s teammate, Mateo Kovacic, who could be on his way back to Serie A should the reigning Italian champions fail in the pursuit of their primary target.
