Juventus defender Zebina: I rejected Real Madrid

Juventus defender Jonathan Zebina has revealed he rejected a move to Real Madrid in the summer.
 
Zebina impressed in Juve's 4-0 defeat of Modena on Saturday and said: "I am fully committed to this project. That's why I rejected Real Madrid."

"My plan is the same as (Gigi) Buffon. To win promotion this season and qualify for the Champions League next season by finishing in the top two."
