Joaquin wants success against Real Madrid's Roberto Carlos

Real Betis winger Joaquin admits he can't wait to lock horns with Real Madrid wing-back Roberto Carlos tonight.

"It is already a classic match-up. I hope that it is attractive and sporting, in that I am going to give it everything for my team," Joaquin told AS.

"I am have great desire and this time I am determined to win this battle."

On facing Real Madrid, Joaquin added: "The truth is that they are not crossing a good period, but Madrid always is Madrid, and that no-one can forget that."

"They have players of much quality and we hope that they do not return to form to shine this Saturday."
