Joaquin: Figo Is A Thousand Times Better Than Beckham

With Real Madrid still interested in signing David Beckham, Betis winger Joaquin has come out and blasted the Manchester United midfielder.

"Beckham is more the fruit of an image than a footballing theme," he said.

"He has a great play with his right foot, but Figo is a thousand times better, and has more class."

Joaquin added that he himself has the potential to go on and be better than Beckham.
